We use the services of Purolator for the delivery of all of our orders. At all times, delivery is free of charge for all orders totaling $ 100 or more, anywhere in Québec. For any order of less than $ 100 (always amount before taxes), delivery charges of $ 9.95 are applicable for Quebec. For any order under $ 120, a delivery charge of $ 14.95 is applicable for the provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick, then $ 19.95 for the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon. The shipping and delivery of all orders is done at all times from Monday to Friday in order to promote the preservation of optimal product quality, so the products will be delivered Monday to Thursday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt if received by 12:00 noon EST with the exception of more remote provinces requiring extended transit times. You can expect your package to arrive at its destination between 2 to 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. As soon as your package is dispatched, an email will be sent to you to notify you of the Shipment Confirmation issued by Purolator. From then on, you can go to the purolator.com site to follow the progress of your package. The signature is required upon delivery of the package by our carrier (except for certain products for which it is not deemed necessary) in order to preserve the quality of our products and prevent them from being left in conditions that could '' altering, and by finalizing a transaction on the J'habite chez mon chat platform, the client accepts the terms and conditions of our store. Also, the customer does not hold responsible neither our carrier nor J'habite chez mon chat, for any theft, damage or breakage whatsoever related to the package and its contents.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been unpacked, opened and / or used. A return on products is accepted, within 14 days of purchase, when the product is unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
At all times, a return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the following conditions must be met :
• The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it.
• The latter must not have been unpacked, opened, used or damaged and it must be in its original packaging (including cellophane wrappers, if applicable).

Very important, when preparing your return, we strongly recommend that you pack the item carefully so that it does not get damaged in transit. DUOS/TRIOS RETURNS :
In order to guarantee the possibility of any return, you must contact us and send us all the products within 14 days of purchase. No individual product returns will be accepted. All merchandise must be intact: products must not have been opened and / or used and packaging must be intact in their original condition.
Any product, except those opened and used or damaged, can be exchanged for another product or credit within 10 days of your purchase. Please contact us by email so that we can advise you on how to proceed. At all times, a return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The delivery costs for any return of products are not refundable.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS :
